We are currently looking for a lawyer with professional interest and some experience in one of our key service areas - Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• a distinguished Estonian law degree is preferred, but we will also consider a foreign law degree with excellent academic credentials;
• at least 1-3 years PQE;
• experience as a practicing attorney or strong will and determination to become a member of the Estonian Bar Association;
• excellent command of business English and Estonian (both written and spoken);
• good communication and project management skills;
• focus on business development, a sales-oriented mindset and a strong personal profile in this area of the market.
